This policy explains what information Signa Nostra collects when you use this website and our Telegram bots, and how it's used. We keep it to the minimum the Service needs.
What we collect
- From Telegram: your Telegram user ID and the name and username Telegram shares with bots, so we can link your access to your account.
- Your plan: which bots you can use, when your access started and when it ends.
- How you use the bots: which games you open or ask to be notified about, so we can send you updates and VOID alerts for those games.
- From our payment provider (Whop): your email address and the status of your membership (active, canceled, refunded). We never see or store your card number; Whop handles payment.
- If you email us: your email address and what you send.
How we use it
- To give you access to the bots you paid for and end it when a plan ends.
- To send you the analyses, updates and alerts you ask for.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds or problems.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Who else handles it
- Whop processes payments and memberships under its own privacy policy.
- Telegram delivers bot messages under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs.
- Our server, which runs the bots, stores the access information listed above.
How long we keep it
We keep access records while you're a subscriber and for a reasonable time afterward for accounting and to handle refunds or disputes, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting it ends your access to the bots.
Age
The Service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
