Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Signa Nostra, including this website and the Signa Nostra bots on Telegram (together, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

Signa Nostra provides sports analysis and information: written analysis of games and fights, with a pick, a risk rating and updates. It is for information and entertainment only.

• We do not accept, place, hold or settle bets or wagers, and we are not a sportsbook.
• Nothing in the Service is betting, financial or professional advice.
• No analysis or pick is a guarantee of any result. Sports outcomes are uncertain, and you can lose money if you choose to bet.

2. Your responsibility

Any decision you make based on the Service, including whether to bet, is yours alone. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including laws about sports betting and the legal age to bet. Do not use the Service if betting on sports is illegal for you. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe, and of legal betting age in your state if you choose to bet.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Whop, until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Your plan covers the bot or bots you paid for: one sport (Single Sport) or every Signa Nostra bot (All Access).
• You can cancel anytime from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be paused or ended.

5. Your access is personal

Access is tied to your own Telegram account. You may not share, resell, republish, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise pass on the Service's content, or let others use your access. We may end access, without refund, for anyone who does.

6. Our content

All analysis, text, logos and other material in the Service belong to Signa Nostra. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read it for your own use while your plan is active.

7. Changes to the Service

Coverage, schedules and features may change. Analyses may occasionally be late, incomplete or unavailable, for example when a game is moved or information isn't public yet. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.

8. Disclaimer and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Signa Nostra is not liable for any losses, including betting losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Ending access

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
