Refund Policy

Your first purchase: 7-day refund

If Signa Nostra isn't for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. This applies to your first payment for any plan, Single Sport or All Access.

Monthly renewals

Renewal payments after your first month aren't refundable. You can cancel anytime from your Whop account before your next billing date, and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

How to request a refund

• On Whop, open Orders, find the payment under Billing history, and choose Request Refund.
• Or email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.

What happens next

• Your access to the bots ends when the refund is issued.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund, or end access without one, if access was shared, resold or used to redistribute our content, as described in our Terms of Service.
